It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the beautiful region of the Eastern township. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read the following information. Please note that you may arrive after 4 :00 P.M. and must depart prior 11 A.M. Thank you for choosing us and we wish you a very pleasant stay.

NUMBER OF PERSONS: It is forbidden to exceed the number of persons permitted by law.
ANIMALS : Animals are not allowed in the condos or on the site.
PROHIBITED: It is prohibited to sublet or lend the condo to another person without the authorization of the owner.
PROHIBITED: Noise is prohibited after 11:00 P.M. and no celebration or parties are permitted.
PROHIBITED: You cannot leave bicycle inside the condos; use the racks outside.

SHOULD ANY TENANT NOT ADHERE TO THE RULES LISTED ABOVE (1,2,3,4 AND 5), THEY WILL BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.

NVENTORY: Prior to arrival and after departure, an inventory is taken of the contents of the condo. You will be held responsible for any damages and/or missing objects during your stay. An extra charge of 20.00$ will be bill for a lost key. I

GARBAGE: There is no garbage collection at the condo. We would ask that you dispose of your garbage in the containers supplied on the site.

WE DO NOT CHANGE THE TOWELS DURING YOUR STAY ;

FIREWOOD IS NOT INCLUDED, IT COST 2.00$ FOR EACH FIREWOOD;

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SCHEDULE OF THE SPORTS PAVILION NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR EQUIPMENT.
